RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales Final
At Feel Peptides, we do not accept returns.
Due to the nature of our products and for safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, all purchases are considered final once processed.
Refund Eligibility (Exceptions Only)
We only offer refunds or replacements in limited cases where:
- The product arrives damaged
- The product is defective
- You receive the wrong item
To be eligible, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
How to Report an Issue
If your order has an issue, please email:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
Failure to report within 48 hours may result in denial of your claim.
Refund Process
If your claim is approved:
- A replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect product selection
- Improper handling or storage
- Orders reported after the 48-hour window
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once processed, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in delays and restrictions on future purchases.
